Dawn
Office Manager
Dawn initially joined our team in 2007. Throughout that time, she has been beneficial in multiple departments. She currently serves our patients in a dual role as Office Manager and Optician.
Teresa
COT, NCLEC
Teresa is a Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) with a subspeciality in low vision and maintains a National Contact Lens Certification (NCLC). She previously worked with an ophthalmologist for 25 years and joined our team in 2017.
Victoria
CPOC
Victoria is a Certified Paraoptometric Coder (CPOC) directly involved in our Revenue Cycle Management. Prior to joining our team in 2013, she worked within an ophthalmology practice serving as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) as well as Ophthalmic Coding Specialist (OCS) for 10 years.
